Three ways
to partner
together.
The Outside Eye: 1:1 Senior Leaders
I turn complex challenges into clear next moves.
A thought partner, not an advisor. I don't arrive with an agenda or a script. You set the direction; my work is to ask the questions that let you hear your own thinking — and, because I've sat where you're sitting, to tell you what I see when it helps. You keep the authorship, and the credit.
Three decades in the corporate corridors, and a career built on the craft and rigour of insight. That's what sits underneath how I coach: evidence over assumption, and the patterns you're standing too close to see.
Potential areas we work on
- Where you're headed, and the route
- Presence in the rooms that matter
- Decisions under pressure
- Influence and stakeholders
- Stepping into a new role
- Redundancy, and what comes next
- Marking a transition
- Energy and boundaries
How it works. A six-month partnership, minimum, meeting at a rhythm that works for you — usually every three weeks. That gap is where the work happens: room to put ideas into play, then refine them together.
In person in London, or on Zoom. I work with clients internationally.
Included: written summaries within 48 hours · complimentary SOS calls for the moments that can't wait · flexibility around an appraisal, a pitch, a board meeting · confidentiality aligned with the EMCC Global Code of Ethics.
The Room: Teams
I unlock leadership teams to lead, align, and deliver.
I unlock leadership teams to lead, align, and deliver.
Nothing off the shelf. Every session is designed around the people in the room and the moment they're in.
The team creates it — I don't. Their words, their experience, their thinking. My job is to hold the space and sharpen it. If a team doesn't build it themselves, it won't survive contact with Monday.
How I work. Every voice equal from the first minute — no hierarchy in the way. Active listening and affirmative feedback level the room, so the quietest expertise is heard as clearly as the loudest. And it ends in commitment: what each person will do, held to account by the group, and the ask they take back to the business.
What teams have created
Ways of working that work — A team under strain: friction, meetings going nowhere, problems raised sideways. In a day, they designed how meetings run, where decisions get made, and how to raise hard things safely. It showed in the culture as much as the calendar.
A purpose in their own words — Why do we exist? They unearthed it from their own stories. It now runs as their marketing positioning — and as how they behave and hold each other to a standard.
What we want to be known for — A newly structured team asked: in three months, what do we want to be known for? They left with their commitment, achievable initiatives with owners, and an ask back to their executive: trust our judgement.
The leader you're becoming — A senior group designing how each of them shows up and leads, by design, not default. Each left with a personal playbook in their own words, their commitment to themselves and the group, and an ask voiced to their leadership.

The Bigger Picture : Founders
I turn everything, everywhere, all at once into your clearest next move.
No one size fits all. What you need changes week to week, so what I am changes with it — coach, mentor, sounding board, chief of staff, challenger, cheerleader. I respond to what's actually in front of you.
You're the one everyone turns to for direction. What you rarely get is someone whose only job is you — your thinking, your trajectory, your next move. I'm the person in your corner: a trusted confidant who sits with the wins and the setbacks, asks the questions no one else will, and helps you see where you're going — and how to get there faster.
Rooted in business, not emotion. But I look after all of you: how you show up for your team, and for the people who matter outside the work. Founders leave our sessions with more energy than they came in with, and the clarity they sought. That's the part I can't fake.
