Step
Outside
the
Picture
For three decades, leaders trusted me to see what wasn't obvious — at Netflix, BBC Studios and Adobe. Now I partner with senior leaders and their teams on the decisions they're closest to.
FOR THIRTY YEARS, I'VE BEEN THE INSIGHT BEHIND SOME OF THE WORLD'S BIGGEST ENTERTAINMENT AND TECH BRANDS
I've made a career of being the person leaders bring some of their hardest questions to. Insight was my craft — at Netflix as it launched across the world, at BBC Studios, Betfair, Yahoo! and MTV, driving commercial growth; later leading strategy, planning and operations at Adobe, and as the customer executive at the table at AVIOS. I sat alongside the people making the big decisions then, and I still do — my passion remains to see what they're too close to see.
Now I bring that outside eye to leaders, founders, and teams — as an equal who's been there, honest and in your corner.
Senior leaders trust me to see the picture they're standing in.

Three Ways To Partner
The Outside Eye
1:1 Senior Leaders
I turn complex challenges into clear next moves.
For senior leaders too close to the decision to see it clearly. Thirty years seeing what others couldn't — now that outside eye is yours: honest, grounded, and in your corner.
"It doesn't feel like coaching from a distance — it feels like someone stepping in with clarity, honesty, and real-life experience to back it up."
— Global Director, Entertainment, Spain

The Room
Co-Creation Session, Teams
I unlock leadership teams to lead, align, and deliver.
For teams navigating a reset, a new chapter, or a step-change. Through co-creation, they identify what's holding them back from leading, and turn it into shared direction that propels the business forward. They commit to how they'll show up and deliver, as individuals and as a team. This isn't a training day to be forgotten by Monday. A team leaves truly aligned, energised, and moving as one.
"The structure guided us from ideas to clear outcomes without feeling forced… we left aligned on what matters most, with a tangible direction we could all commit to."
— Head of E-commerce, Moonpig

The Bigger Picture
1:1 Founders
I turn everything, everywhere, all at once into your clearest next move.
Being a founder means holding it all — and rarely having anyone whose only job is to help you see it. I'm that person: a thinking partner rooted in business, not emotion, who asks the hard questions and helps you step back to see the whole picture, and what's next. You get your energy back, and lead from a clearer, steadier place.
"Not a nice-to-have — for anyone building something of their own, she's a competitive advantage."
— Founder, Consultancy, Switzerland
